Warranty returns
Return of parts that were mounted and failed to function during the warranty period.2 years from the delivery date of the order
Shipping damage
Return of items that were damaged by external factors, such as deliveryUp to 100 days from the delivery date of the order, provided you inform us about the damage within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery error
Return of a package received that was not intended for you (addressed to someone else), or return of items in your package that do not match the list of items in your order.Up to 100 days from the delivery date of the order, provided you inform us about the error within 14 days of delivery.
